Nikolas Parisis, DO, is a board certified diagnostic radiologist specializing in musculoskeletal imaging at Scripps Mercy Hospital and Imaging Healthcare Specialists. He earned his undergraduate degree in Molecular, Cell, and Developmental Biology from the University of California, Santa Cruz before completing medical school at the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, Florida.
Dr. Parisis completed a transitional year internship at Hennepin County Medical Center, followed by a diagnostic radiology residency at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, and a musculoskeletal radiology fellowship at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. During residency he also trained at the Minneapolis Veterans Affairs Hospital and Masonic Children's Hospital. While at Cedars-Sinai he received advanced training in sports injuries, trauma, arthritis, orthopedic oncology, MSK ultrasound, MR neurography, and image-guided MSK procedures. He also has experience in cardiac CT and MRI from both the University of Minnesota and Cedars-Sinai.
