Sina Fahrtash, MD
Dr. Sina Fahrtash is double board certified in Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology. He earned his medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine in 2015 and completed his residency in Diagnostic Radiology with Early Specialization in Interventional Radiology at SUNY Downstate, where he also served as Chief Resident. He went on to complete fellowship training in Interventional Radiology at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center.
Before joining Scripps Mercy, Dr. Fahrtash was an Assistant Professor at Baylor College of Medicine and practiced at Baylor St. Luke’s Hospital, specializing in transplant and oncology-related procedures. At Scripps Mercy, he brings this expertise while also leading the development of the Interventional Radiology Advanced Practice Provider (APP) program.
